At Kapin, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
- ✅ Exchange is only possible if you receive a damaged or wrong product.
- 📸 An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests and must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
- 📦 Products must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
- 🚚 Return shipping costs (unless it’s our mistake) are the customer’s responsibility.
- ❌ No exchanges on sale items or customized orders.
