By placing an order with Kapin, you agree to the following terms:
- 📌 All orders are final — no cancellations or modifications after placement.
- ⏳ Orders are processed in 2–4 business days and delivered in 10–15 business days.
- 📦 No returns or refunds. Exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items (must report within 48 hours).
- 🎨 Minor variations in color or texture are natural in handmade products and not considered defects.
- 💳 All payments must be completed online at checkout. No COD available.
- 📸 All content, photos, and designs are property of Kapin. Do not reuse without permission.
